    La presente investigación diagnostica el tránsito de las competencias didáctico-teóricas del Máster de Profesorado al plano real a través del análisis cualitativo de las Guías Docentes de todas las asignaturas de la especialidad en Procesos Sanitarios del Máster en una universidad española, con el objetivo de conocer si los derechos humanos son transmitidos a quienes serán responsables de la formación científico-técnica en enseñanza secundaria y formación profesional, hecho fundamental tanto para la comunidad académica local, nacional e internacional, como para el profesorado en formación y su futuro alumnado.

    The current research diagnoses the transit of the didactic-theoretical competences of the Master's Degree in Teaching to the real level through the qualitative analysis of the Teaching Guides of all the subjects of the specialty in Health Processes of the Master's Degree in a Spanish university, with the objective of knowing if human rights are transmitted to those who will be responsible for scientifictechnical training in secondary education and vocational training, a fundamental fact both for the local, national and international academic community, and for teachers in training and their future students.
