    Durante muchos años en el Perú, se impuso un modelo de justicia retribucionista que se basaba solo en aplicar sanciones, por otro lado, surge la remisión fiscal como una forma de desjudicialización del proceso; estos conceptos nacen como alternativas a las tradicionales medidas punitivas, buscando una solución más satisfactoria tanto para las víctimas como para los infractores. La investigación de revisión documental consistió en analizar la remisión fiscal y la reparación integral del agraviado conforme la justicia restaurativa. Se desarrolló a partir del paradigma cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva y se complementó con un diseño documental-bibliográfico. Se abordó desde el método analítico, orientando y explorando el análisis de contenido escrito. Es concluyente indicar que la justicia restaurativa en el Perú se encamina a desarrollar respuestas integrales a la infracción, centrándose en reparar integralmente el daño en vez de enfocarse en castigar, promoviendo para ello la participación.

    For many years in Peru, a retributionist model of justice was imposed, based only on the application of sanctions; on the other hand, fiscal remission emerged as a form of de-judicialisation of the process; these concepts were born as alternatives to traditional punitive measures, seeking a more satisfactory solution for both victims and offenders. The documentary review research consisted of analysing the fiscal remission and the integral reparation of the aggrieved in accordance with restorative justice. It was developed from the descriptive method of the quantitative paradigm and was complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design. It was approached from the analytical method, oriented and explored in the analysis of written content. It is conclusive to indicate that restorative justice in Peru is aimed at developing comprehensive responses to the offence, focusing on repairing the harm rather than focusing on punishment, promoting participation.
