Resumen de Estrategia inclusiva para el empoderamiento del género femenino en el ecuavoley

La presente investigación trató sobre el análisis de la estrategia inclusiva para el empoderamiento del género femenino en el ecuavoley. En el estudio se empleó el método analítico- descriptivo con diseño bibliográfico. La muestra estuvo conformada por 20 docentes de Educación Física y 80 estudiantes de 8vo a 10mo año de básica superior del cantón Chone. Se aplicó la encuesta como técnica y se emplearon tanto la entrevista estructurada como la ficha de observación para obtener los resultados. Entre los principales hallazgos, se pudo apreciar que el uso de la estrategia inclusiva en la práctica del ecuavoley favorece el rol de la mujer como deportista. Por consiguiente, se concluye que la equidad de género en el deporte enaltece el empoderamiento femenino dentro de este y otros campos del saber.

The current research dealt with the analysis of the inclusive strategy for the empowerment of the female gender in ecuavoley. The study used the analytical-descriptive method with bibliographic design. The sample consisted of 20 Physical Education teachers and 80 students from 8th to 10th year of high school in the Chone canton. The survey was applied as a technique and both the structured interview and the observation sheet were used to obtain the results. Among the main findings, it could be seen that the use of the inclusive strategy in the practice of ecuavoleyball favors the role of women as athletes. Therefore, it is concluded that gender equity in sport enhances female empowerment in this and other fields of knowledge.
