    No es posible acceder a la jubilación voluntaria anticipada cuando la cuantía concreta de la pensión a percibir sea inferior a la de la pensión mínima en cada caso aplicable por la situación familiar del interesado, entendiendo que existe cónyuge a cargo si este último percibe subsidio de desempleo para mayores de 52/55 años.

    It is not possible to access voluntary early retirement when the specific amount of the pension to be received is lower than the minimum pension in each case applicable due to the family situation of the interested party, understanding that there is a dependent wife if she receives unemployment benefits for persons over 52/55 years of age.
