Resumen de Derechos Humanos del Niño o Adolescente en el Curso de Adopción del Tribunal de Justicia del Estado de Goiás, Brasil.

  Es un análisis del curso de Preparación Psicosocial y Jurídico (PPJ) del Tribunal de Justicia del Estado de Goiás (TJGO) Brasil,  con el objetivo de describir los aspectos del derecho del niño y del adolescente que son abordados en el plan del referido curso, considerando la obligatoriedad de participación de aquellas personas que deseen adoptar un niño, niña o adolescente. Se parte de la premisa de que el curso de PPJ tiene el potencial de superar actos de discriminación y el preconcepto en torno al tema de la adopción, a través de una educación de orientación crítica sobre los Derechos Humanos de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Para ello, hace uso de una investigación bibliográfica, documental y de un análisis del plan del curso de PPJ en el TJGO. De este estudio, surge que el curso satisface los aspectos contemplados por el Plan Nacional de Educación en Derechos Humanos, apareciendo como instrumento de extrema importancia para la capacitación y habilitación del poder judicial en lo que tange a las demandas de adopción. Sin embargo, existe un vacío en el Consejo Nacional de Justicia en cuanto a la homologación, las directrices específicas del curso en el ámbito nacional. Además, otras dos cuestiones se plantean, pudiendo ser investigadas en futuras investigaciones.

  It is an analysis of the course of Psychosocial and Legal Preparation (PPJ) of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO) Brazil, with the objective of describing the aspects of the right of the child and the adolescent that are addressed in the plan of the aforementioned course, considering the mandatory participation of those who wish to adopt a child or adolescent. It is based on the premise that the PJP course has the potential to overcome acts of discrimination and preconceptions around the issue of adoption, through critically oriented education on the Human Rights of children and adolescents. . To do this, it makes use of a bibliographical and documentary research and an analysis of the PPJ course plan in the TJGO. From this study, it emerges that the course satisfies the aspects contemplated by the National Human Rights Education Plan, appearing as an extremely important instrument for the training and empowerment of the judiciary in relation to adoption demands. However, there is a vacuum in the National Council of Justice regarding the approval, the specific guidelines of the course at the national level. In addition, two other issues arise, which can be investigated in future research.
