    I nuovi diritti sono considerati autosufficienti, rifiutano cioè ogni fondamento trascendente. Ma non sono altro che pretese volontaristiche, cioè desideri più o meno definiti, che mirano a essere coinvolti nelle strutture formali dell’ordinamento giuridico, causano, a proposito di la pandemia COVID 19, una serie di difficoltà legali, politiche, morali, operative e finanziarie

    The new rights are considered self-sufficient, that is, they reject any transcendent foundation. But they are nothing more than voluntaristic claims, that is, more or less defined desires, which aim to be involved in the formal structures of the legal system. They cause, regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, a series of legal, political, moral, operational and financial difficulties
