Resumen de Arqueometría. Introducción al estudio de materiales cerámicos mediante técnicas instrumentales

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo servir como introducción al estudio de materiales cerámicos a partir de la Arqueometría. De esta forma, seleccionaremos algunas de las Técnicas Instrumentales principales, junto con la ciencia a la que pertenecen, para el estudio de cerámicas y otros materiales procedentes de contextos arqueológicos. Diferenciaremos así un total de cuatro técnicas divididas entre las ciencias “Química Orgánica, Inorgánica y Analítica” y la “Geología”, ya que de esta forma se podrán conocer los posibles restos orgánicos junto a la composición mineralógica y elemental.

The aim of this work is to serve as an introduction to the study of ceramic materials based on Archaeometry. In this way, we will select some of the main Instrumental Techniques, together with the science to which they belong, for the study of ceramics and other materials from archaeological contexts. In this wise, we will differentiate a total of four techniques divided between the sciences “Organic, Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry” and “Geology”, as this way they can know the possible organic remains together with the mineralogical and elemental composition.
