Actitud Durante la Lactancia Materna en Madres que Presentaron Covid-19 en un Centro de Salud

    Objetivo: Determinar la actitud de las madres que presentaron COVID-19 durante la lactancia materna (LM) considerando los componentes: cognitivo, afectivo y conductual. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, diseño transversal,  muestreo deliberativo, 50 madres que presentaron COVID-19 y acuden al Centro de Salud del PRI de Chilpancingo Guerrero. En el análisis de los datos se utilizó el SPSS versión 21 y Chi-cuadrado de Pearson para la asociación de variables. Resultados: El 34% tenía entre 21-25 años, el 52% tenían un hijo, el 48% con estudios de licenciatura, el 46%  amas de casa, el 60% brindaron lactancia materna exclusiva y 84% no recibió información sobre LM y COVID-19 por el personal de salud. En cuanto al componente cognitivo, prevaleció el 66.0% una actitud negativa, en el Componente afectivo el 66.0% una actitud promedio y en el componente conductual el 64.0% tuvieron una actitud promedio las madres que presentaron Covid-19. En la actitud general el 72% de mujeres tuvieron una actitud promedio, el 24% una actitud negativa y el 4% una actitud positiva durante la LM. Conclusión: Las madres que presentaron COVID-19, tuvieron una actitud promedio, tanto en los componentes afectivo y conductual, y en el componente cognitivo una actitud negativa  hacia la lactancia materna.

    Aim: Determine the attitude of mothers with COVID-19 during breastfeeding (BF) considering the components: cognitive, affective and behavioral. Methodology: Quantitative study, cross-sectional design, deliberative sampling, 50 mothers who presented COVID-19 and went to the Health Center from PRI Chilpancingo Guerrero. With data analysis, SPSS version 21 and Pearson's Chi-square were used for variables association. Results: 34% were between 21-25 years old, 52% had only one child, 48% had a bachelor's degree, 46% were housewives, 60% provided exclusive breastfeeding and 84% didn´t receive information about BF and COVID-19 by health workers. Regarding the cognitive component, a negative attitude prevailed in 66%, in the affective component an average attitude prevailed in 66% too, and with the behavioral component, mothers who presented COVID-19 had an average attitude in 64%. In a general attitude, 72% of women had an average attitude, 24% a negative attitude and 4% a positive attitude during BF. Conclusion: Mothers with COVID-19 had an average attitude in the affective and behavioral components, and in the cognitive component a negative attitude towards breastfeeding.
