Resumen de La Evaluación Diagnóstica como Práctica Docente para Reconocer las necesidades de aprendizajes en dos instituciones educativas del departamento de Cundinamarca – Colombia

  La evaluación diagnóstica es el punto de partida de los docentes para reconocer las necesidades de aprendizaje de los estudiantes y realizar la planeación pedagógica. Debido a su importancia, este tipo de evaluación debe ser detallada en el Sistema Institucional de Evaluación de los Estudiantes (SIEE), dicho documento orienta las acciones evaluativas de las instituciones educativas en Colombia. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la evaluación diagnóstica como práctica docente y elemento constituyente de los SIEE de las Instituciones Educativas León XIII y Departamental Agrícola de Paratebueno, ambas ubicadas en el departamento de Cundinamarca - Colombia. Se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico, intencionado y voluntario, aplicando tres instrumentos: encuesta, lista de chequeo y rúbrica analítica de evaluación diagnóstica. Con los resultados obtenidos, se pudo determinar que la evaluación diagnóstica se enuncia de manera general en los SIEE y no realizan una orientación detallada de la forma cómo se debe llevar a la práctica, puesto que no se manejan con claridad los tipos y momentos en que se debe aplicar. Si la evaluación diagnóstica se aplica de forma adecuada, se mejora la planeación y la práctica docente y por ende se contribuye a la calidad en la educación.

  The diagnostic evaluation is the starting point for teachers to recognize the learning needs of students and carry out pedagogical planning. Due to its importance, this type of evaluation must be detailed in the Institutional Student Evaluation System (SIEE), this document guides the evaluative actions of educational institutions in Colombia. The purpose of this study is to analyze diagnostic evaluation as a teaching practice and constituent element of the SIEE of the León XIII Educational Institutions and the Departmental Agricultural Institutions of Paratebueno, both located in the department of Cundinamarca - Colombia. A non-probabilistic, intentional and voluntary sampling was carried out, applying three instruments: survey, checklist and analytical rubric for diagnostic evaluation. With the results obtained, it was determined that the diagnostic evaluation is stated in a general way in the SIEE and it does not provide detailed guidance on how it should be carried out in practice, because the types and times in which it should be applied are not clearly managed. If the diagnostic evaluation is applied appropriately, planning and teaching practice are improved and therefore contributes to the quality of education.
