    La investigación analizó los desafíos en la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad con la Norma ISO 9001 en las pymes industriales de la ciudad de Pilar, a través de cuatros dimensiones; motivaciones para acceder a la certificación ISO9001, limitaciones internas de la empresa, dificultades burocráticas en el proceso de certificación y beneficios que aspiran obtener con la certificación. Se empleó una metodología de nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental-trasversal basado en el enfoque cuantitativo. Como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta a través del instrumento del cuestionario. La población de estudio está representada por los propietarios de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas industriales de la ciudad de Pilar, que según el censo MiPymes (Villalba y Ortega, 2018) suman un total de 29 empresas. Se accedió al total de la población. Los resultados muestran que los principales desafíos de los empresarios para acceder a la certificación son las limitaciones internas de la empresa y las dificultades burocráticas. Sin embargo, tienes motivaciones para acceder a la certificación y esperan aprovechar los beneficios derivado del mismo.

    The research analyzed the challenges in the implementation of the Quality Management System with the ISO 9001 Standard in industrial SMEs in the city of Pilar, through four dimensions; motivations to access ISO9001 certification, internal limitations of the company, bureaucratic difficulties in the certification process and benefits that they aspire to obtain with certification. A descriptive level methodology was used, with a non-experimental-cross-sectional design based on the quantitative approach. The survey was used as a data collection technique through the questionnaire instrument. The study population is represented by the owners of micro, small and medium-sized industrial companies in the city of Pilar, which according to the MiPymes census (Villalba and Ortega, 2018) add up to a total of 29 companies. The entire population was accessed. The results show that the main challenges for entrepreneurs to access certification are the internal limitations of the company and bureaucratic difficulties. However, you have motivations to access the certification and hope to take advantage of the benefits derived from it.
