    Los derechos que se encuentran declarados por la Constitución cumplen un papel fundamental, por lo que son alienables, inviolables e irrenunciables. La investigación analiza el problema sobre la aparición de enfermedades de transmisión sexual en las labores de la prostitución, Tiene como objetivo inferir en una ponderación de derechos Constitucionales, sobre su postura en el mundo laboral y el conflicto de la salud en el área de la prostitución. Este estudio se orienta desde una perspectiva metodológica cualitativa, a través de la herramienta de investigación como la entrevista, misma que es realizada a personas trabajadoras en el área de la sexualidad o prostitución y posibles o frecuentes clientes, en donde se facilita la opinión de las personas entrevistadas sobre los derechos en disputa y las acciones tomadas en el entorno del Proxenetismo. Entre el principal resultado de esta investigación se destaca la superioridad de uno de los derechos en disputa, en donde prevalece el derecho a la salud, por lo que se concluye la superioridad de este, por cuanto el análisis de la problemática determina la necesidad de proteger la salud de las personas y buscar alternativas para permanecer el derecho al trabajo.

    The rights that are declared by the Constitution play a fundamental role, so they are alienable, inviolable and unrenounceable. The research analyzes the problem on the appearance of sexually transmitted diseases in prostitution work, It aims to infer in a weighting of Constitutional rights, on their position in the labor world and the conflict of health in the area of prostitution. This study is oriented from a qualitative methodological perspective, through the research tool as the interview, which is conducted to workers in the area of sexuality or prostitution and possible or frequent customers, where the opinion of the interviewees about the rights in dispute and the actions taken in the environment of pimping is facilitated. Among the main results of this research, the superiority of one of the rights in dispute stands out, where the right to health prevails, so it is concluded the superiority of this, as the analysis of the problem determines the need to protect the health of people and seek alternatives to remain the right to work.
