La educación física como base sistémica para los procesos educativos y el desarrollo humano

    La educación física es un área sistémica que abarca grandes dimensiones del ser humano, como son: lo social, biológico, sicológico y cognitivo, cuyos aspectos bien desarrollados en el ser humano, posibilitan la disposición para un mejor aprendizaje.Sin embargo, en este documento se describen algunas situaciones que no favorecen el reconocimiento del área de educación física como disciplina integral e importante en los procesos de formación de los estudiantes, así como también se despliegan los diferentes enfoques que se han venido desarrollando a través de la historia y que aún permean las prácticas pedagógicas del área, lo cual se convierte en un dispositivo para que la educación física siga perdiendo espacios y su verdadera función en los procesos educativos. Por tal motivo, en este trabajo se propone una serie de principios en planeación que se deben tener en cuenta para organizar las prácticas pedagógicas del área en mención, a partir de ello se construye un nuevo enfoque que apunte a entender, direccionar y aplicar los elementos de la educación física de la manera más apropiada, en cuanto, a lo que su fundamento epistemológico le confiere.

    Physical education is a systemic area that embraces large dimensions of the human being such as: social, biological, psychological and cognitive, whose aspects well developed in the human being enable the provision for better learning. However, In this document describes some situations that do not favor the recognizing of the area of physical education as an integral and important discipline in the processes of student training, as well as the different approaches that have been developed throughout history and still permeate the pedagogical practices of the area, Which becomes in a device that allows that physical education goes on losing space, and its true role in educational processes. For this reason, this paper proposes a series of principles in planning that must be taken into account to organize the pedagogical practices of the area mentioned, from this, it is constructed a new approach that aims to understand, to direct and apply the elements of physical education in the most appropriate way, as far as their epistemological foundation confers on it.
