El desarrollo sostenible y sustentable es un modelo fundamental dentro de las agendas de políticas públicas actuales de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO), al proponer un encadenamiento productivo entre economía, cultura y medio ambiente para lograr el bienestar de la polis. Por ello, en este ensayo se pretende incorporar la cultura y el patrimonio al debate del desarrollo humano en una propuesta museística natural, a riesgo de ser incomprendida desde los extremos categoriales de sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad, al binomio desarrollo-crecimiento en la región Carabobo-Venezuela. Por ello, en este desafío investigativo al acudir a las mediaciones de un método dialéctico-historicista concurren las significaciones categoriales que colocan las prestaciones y externalidades socializadas en un lugar cultural comunitario, ancestral, atemporal que concluya en nuestras evocaciones e invocaciones que la modernidad ha vaciado.

Sustainable and sustainability development is a fundamental model within the current public policy agendas of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), by proposing a productive chain between economy, culture and environment to achieve the welfare of the polis. For this reason, this essay intends to incorporate culture and heritage into the debate on human development in a natural museum proposal, at the risk of being misunderstood from the categorical extremes of sustainability and sustainable to the development-growth binomial in the Carabobo-Venezuela region. Therefore, in this investigative challenge, when resorting to the mediations of a dialectical-historicist method, the definite meanings that place the benefits and socialized externalities in a community, ancestral, timeless cultural place that concludes in our evocations and invocations that modernity has emptied.
