Resumen de El uso del ajedrez como estrategia pedagógica desde la educación intercultural en la Universidad Experimental de Caracas (Unexca- Sede Altagracia)

En las sociedades actuales la interculturalidad es un rasgo predominante, por ello uno de los aspectos que centra especial interés radica en la búsqueda de espacios comunes para el encuentro, el dialogo de saberes y lugares para el intercambio cotidiano entre los habitantes, así como su manifestación en los distintos sectores que constituyen la vida en sociedad. Desde el punto de vista formativo, la educación intercultural juega un rol de especial importancia para la puesta en práctica de diversas propuestas centradas a desarrollar alternativas para la consolidación de la integración educativa respetando las distintas culturas de origen.
Una de estas estrategias desde lo pedagógico es la propuesta del uso del ajedrez como vía de interacción para el entendimiento social considerando aportes como: la riqueza cultural, la creatividad y múltiples oportunidades para el diálogo intercultural, para ello se selecciona el sector universitario pues se considera que en este sector se realizan en los actuales momentos una serie de transformaciones. El Colegio Universitario Francisco de Miranda recientemente fue transformado en la Universidad Experimental de Caracas (UNEXCA- Sede Altagracia), por ello este estudio resulta pertinente dentro del marco de las transformaciones internas e institucionales.

In the current societies the interculturality is a predominant shot, thus, one of the appearances that centers special interest roots in the researches of common spaces for the meeting, the have a con-versation of knowledges and places for the daily exchange between the inhabitants, as well as his demonstration in the distinct sectors that constitute the life in society, From the educational point of view the intercultural education plays a role of particular importance for the put in practice of diverse proposals centered to develop alternatives for the consolidation of the educational integration respec-ting the distinct cultures of origin.
One of these strategies from the pedagogical is the proposal of the use of the chess like road of interaction for the social understanding considering contributions such as: the cultural wealth, the creativity and multiple opportunities for have a conversation intercultural, for this selects the uni-versity sector considering that in this sector make in the current moments a series of transforma-tions, The University School Francisco of Miranda recently was transformed in the Experimental University of Caracas(UNEXCA- Calm Altagracia), thus in the frame of the transformations that give to the internal of this institution this study results of relevance.
