    Las normas legales que rigen el derecho de propiedad de los agricultores pequeños en Cuba conllevan necesariamente al análisis las limitaciones de interés privado que restringen sus facultades e impiden un pleno goce del uso, posesión, disfrute y disposición de las tierras y de determinados bienes que legalmente les pertenecen, con la inclinación de reconocer el derecho de la propiedad que la propia le concede y a la vez obstaculiza. Por tanto, se entiende que las facultades de la persona sobre un objeto que la ley otorga en propiedad, pueda disponer a su voluntad, a pesar de destacarse que esta situación jurídica no acepte este reconocimiento tan ilimitado debido a la forma de producción que emana en nuestra sociedad; teniendo que imponer limitaciones razonables, pero que éstas no deberían obstruir algunas acciones voluntarias, del derecho de propiedad de estos tenedores legales sobre la tierra y determinados bienes agropecuarios.
