Resumen de Invaginación anterógrada del remanente gástrico en asa biliopancreática posterior a Bypass gástrico

  Con el aumento de la obesidad han incrementado los procedimientos quirúrgicos que tienen como objetivo la disminución de peso y con ello las complicaciones asociadas a este tipo de procedimientos. Se presentan dos casos que reportan invaginación del remanente gástrico en el asa biliopancreática, una complicación inusual del Bypass Gástrico con Y de Roux. El diagnóstico de esta patología se realiza con tomografía de abdomen que muestra el signo del Target. Este reporte tiene como objetivo hacer una revisión de esta complicación y exponer los principales hallazgos en imagen para un diagnóstico oportuno.

  Obesity and surgical procedures for weight reduction have been increasing and therefore the complications associated with this type of procedure. We present two cases of patients with a history of gastric bypass who consulted for abdominal pain and signs of intestinal obstruction secondary to invagination of the gastric remnant in the biliopancreatic loop. This is an unusual complication of the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. The diagnosis of this pathology is made by viewing a computerized tomography of the abdomen that shows the Target Sign. We carried out a review of the literature about the epidemiological aspects, the pathophysiology and the relevant radiological findings of this pathology
