Resumen de A educação inclusiva como emancipação social das pessoas com deficiência

  This paper seeks to establish the connection between the scholar inclusion of people with disabilities and their social and subjective emancipation, in the light of Paulo Freire’s studies and through the methodology that consists in literature review. Through the study not only of the universality of the right to education and of the principle of equality, but also of the evolution of the models of disabilities’ analysis, it was established the general picture of education. The old institutions that were responsible for the people with disabilities’ learning process and the paradigms used to define what disability is were also studied in this paper. A new look was launched on the concepts of difference and diversity, recognizing them as representative of the diverse human forms. The results confirm the intrinsic relation between inclusion and emancipation and highlight the social and legal importance of this problem.

  O presente artigo pretende estabelecer a ligação entre a inclusão escolar de pessoas com deficiência e sua emancipação social e subjetiva, à luz dos estudos de Paulo Freire e por meio de metodologia que consiste em revisão bibliográfica. Por meio do estudo não só da universalidade do direito à educação e do princípio da igualdade, mas também da evolução dos modelos de análise da deficiência, foi estabelecido o panorama geral da educação. Foram abordados as antigas instituições responsáveis pela aprendizagem das pessoas com deficiência, assim como os paradigmas utilizados para definir o que é deficiência. Novo olhar foi lançado sobre a diferença e a diversidade, reconhecendo-as como representativas da riqueza humana e como essenciais para o desenvolvimento da personalidade e da tolerância. Os resultados apontados confirmam a intrínseca relação entre inclusão e emancipação e destacam a relevância da problemática proposta, tanto jurídica quanto socialmente.
