  Este artículo es el resumen de una investigación que tiene como propósito establecer si existe relación entre las habilidades blandas y el teatro en los estudiantes del II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Derecho de la Universidad Privada del Norte en la sede de Los Olivos en el año 2018.  El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es experimental, el diseño es preexperimental con pretest y postest. El estudio se enmarca en los estudiantes del II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Derecho de la Universidad Privada del Norte en la sede de Los Olivos. Como instrumento, se utilizó encuestas para recoger la información de la variable habilidades blandas. En cuanto a la confiabilidad, se aseguró por medio del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach en el pretest y el postest, lo cual indica un alto nivel de confiabilidad para el instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados permiten afirmar que existe relación entre las variables habilidades blandas por medio del teatro en los estudiantes del II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Derecho de la Universidad Privada del Norte en la sede de Los Olivos en el año 2018. Entre las conclusiones más importantes se puede señalar que existe relación directa y significativa entre el las habilidades blandas y el teatro en los estudiantes del II ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Derecho de la Universidad Privada del Norte en la sede de Los Olivos en el año 2018.

  This article is the summary of an investigation that aims to establish whether there is a relationship between soft skills and theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos in the year 2018. The research approach is quantitative, the type of research is experimental, the design is pre-experimental with pretest and posttest. The study is framed in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos. As an instrument, surveys were used to collect information on the soft skills variable. Regarding reliability, it was ensured by means of Cronbach's alpha coefficient in both the pretest and posttest, which indicates a high level of reliability for the data collection instrument. The results allow us to affirm that there is a relationship between the soft skills variables through theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the headquarters of Los Olivos in 2018. Among the most important conclusions It can be pointed out that there is a direct and significant relationship between soft skills and theater in the students of the II cycle of the Professional School of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte at the Los Olivos headquarters in 2018.
