Resumen de Génesis y construcción del kirchnerismo cordobés (2002-2005)

El presente trabajo está centrado en analizar los orígenes del kirchnerismo en la provincia de Córdoba y se ciñe temporalmente al período 2002 - 2005: el análisis se remonta tanto a la época de la campaña electoral como a los primeros años de Néstor Kirchner al frente del Ejecutivo nacional. En función de este objetivo, se ofrece una reconstrucción histórica y politológica de los criterios de construcción política desarrollados por el kirchnerismo, tomando en consideración cuatro dimensiones de análisis: el tipo de redes políticas y personales de apoyo; la relaciones de intercambio con el oficialismo provincial liderado por José Manuel de la Sota; el tipo de vínculos establecidos con el nobel Partido Nuevo, orientado por Luis Juez y la posibilidad de impulsar una línea política propia de extracción peronista en Córdoba. Con el objeto de enriquecer el análisis hemos consultado el acervo documental disponible como entrevistas a protagonistas del período. En definitiva, el siguiente análisis puede ser de utilidad para plantearse los siguientes interrogantes: ¿Cuáles fueron los objetivos centrales del Ejecutivo nacional en relación a su irrupción política en la provincia a partir del año 2003? Y por consiguiente; ¿Cuál fue la estrategia política del Ejecutivo nacional que primó en Córdoba? ¿Qué tipo de vínculos se establecieron entre el espacio político del presidente y los líderes provinciales?

This paper is focused on analyzing the origins of Kirchnerism in the province of Córdoba and is limited temporarily to the period 2002-2005: the analysis goes backboth to the time of the electoral campaignand to the first years of Néstor Kirchner ashead of the national executive. Based onthis objective, a historical and political reconstruction of the political constructioncriteria developed by Kirchnerism is offered, taking into consideration four dimensions of analysis: the type of political andpersonal support networks; the exchangerelations with the provincial ruling party ledby José Manuel de la Sota; the type of linksestablished with the Nobel New Party, ledby Luis Juez and the possibility of promo-ting a political line of its own of Peronistextraction in Córdoba. In order to enrichthe analysis, we have consulted the availabledocumentary heritage as well as interviewswith protagonists of the period. In short,the following analysis may be useful to askthe following questions: What were the cen-tral objectives of the National Executive inrelation to its political irruption in the province from the year 2003? And therefore;What was the political strategy of the national Executive that prevailed in Córdoba?What kind of links were established betweenthe political space of the president and theprovincial leaders?
