    Las perspectivas evolutivas del constitucionalismo en el contexto contemporáneo afectan a la esfera institucional implicando una nueva visión dinámica del principio de división de poderes que reactualiza el debate sobre las formas de gobierno. La emergente sociedad globalizada produce cambios en la representación, la estrategia regulativa y la posición de las esferas públicas, imponiendo exigencias de adaptación evolutiva del sistema.

    The evolutionary perspectives of constitutionalism in the contemporary context affect the organic sphere, implying a new dynamic vision of the principle of division of powers that updates the debate on the forms of government. The emerging globalized society produces changes in the representation, the regulatory strategy and the position of the public spheres, imposing demands for the evolutionary adaptation of the system.
