  Este documento resume el trabajo final de graduación sobre el control documental sobre los diferentes grupos étnicos indígenas de Costa Rica entre 1980-2003, producto de la necesidad y la importancia de  contar con esta información, tanto para investigadores, historiadores y estudiantes  como para la sociedad civil en general. En primera instancia se presentan el propósito por el que se realizó esta investigación, los objetivos que estructuraron el trabajo y el marco conceptual. Posteriormente se refieren a la metodología aplicada y las distintas etapas en las que se compone este estudio, también se esclarecen los sujetos, las fuentes, las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos utilizados por los autores y finalmente, las conclusiones.

  This document summarizes the final graduation work on documentary control over the different indigenous ethnic groups of Costa Rica between 1980-2003, a product of the need and importance of having this information, both for researchers, historians and students and for civil society in general. In the first instance, the purpose for which this research was carried out, the objectives that structured the work and the conceptual framework are presented. Subsequently, they refer to the methodology applied and the different stages in which this study is composed, they also clarify the subjects, the sources, the techniques and data collection instruments used by the authors, and finally, the conclusions.
