The initial purpose of the integrated survey of the Monastery of Santa Chiara in Pescia was its documentation following the building damages carried out in the eighties of the last century. Although the analysis was performed on an already heavily compromised artefact, the integrated survey provided the attainment of a thorough knowledge of the building and the formulation of hypotheses relating to the formation and transformation phases of the architectural organism, allowing the recognition of the architectural forms and uses of the original structure.
