  El objetivo es que las usuarias puedan obtener toda la información acerca del proceso que están viviendo y conseguir alcanzar una educación maternal lo más completa y óptima posible por parte de las profesionales de cada centro. De esta manera se logra aumentar la seguridad y disminuir la ansiedad de los padres, además de clarificar las dudas que se puedan generar durante el taller ya que se resuelven a demanda.

  Uno de los temas que tratamos en los talleres de preparación al nacimiento es el cuidado del recién nacido, características fisiológicas.

  La educación para la salud en el embarazo, parto y puerperio, tanto a nivel individual como grupal, contribuye a la preparación física y psicológica de la mujer y su pareja, para afrontar el embarazo, el parto y la recuperación en el puerperio. Así mismo favorece la crianza integral de su hijo o hija, y que la vivencia de todo el proceso sea lo más armoniosa posible.

  The objective is that the users can obtain all the information about the process they are undergoing and achieve the most complete and optimal maternal education possible from the professionals at each center. In this way, it is possible to increase security and reduce the anxiety of the parents, as well as clarify any doubts that may arise during the workshop, as they are resolved on demand.

  One of the topics we deal with in the birth preparation workshops is the care of the newborn, physiological characteristics.

  Health education for pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, both at an individual and group level, contributes to the physical and psychological preparation of the woman and her partner to face pregnancy, childbirth and recovery in the postpartum period. It also favors the integral upbringing of her son or daughter, and that the experience of the whole process is as harmonious as possible.
