Resumen de El certificado RENBAP, su naturaleza jurídica y su posible utilidad

El presente trabajo pretende mostrar cómo, en base a unos casos que se dieron en la vida cotidiana, se puso en discusión la validez y alcance del título o certificado de acreditación RENABAP otorgado por la ANSES a las personas censadas, poseedoras y pasibles de adquirir la propiedad de las mismas mediante la regularización dominial de los inmuebles que están poseyendo con ánimo de ser propietarios, todo ello gracias a la ley 27.453 del Régimen de Regularización Dominial para la Integración Socio Urbana. De allí, se presentaron algunos conflictos jurídicos, y por ello, es que este trabajo en cuestión, intenta proponer cuáles podrían llegar a ser la solución para los mismos, y los planteamientos que suscitan dicha realidad, ya que nos parece importante desentrañar la naturaleza jurídica, para poder determinar la importancia de este certificado, y de allí su importancia práctica y su alcance jurídico.

The present work aims to show how, based on some cases that occurred in everyday life, the validity and scope of the RENABAP accreditation certificate or title granted by ANSES to people who were registered, possessing and liable to acquire the ownership of the same by means of the regularization of the real estate that they are owning with the intention of being owners, all this thanks to the law 27.453 of the Regime of Domain Regularization for the Socio Urban Integration. From there, some legal conflicts were presented, and for this reason, this work in question tries to propose which could be the solution for them, and the approaches that this reality raises, since it seems important to us to unravel the legal nature , in order to determine the importance of this certificate, and hence its practical importance and legal scope.
