    Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar la familia como eje transformador de la sociedad sustentada en el ámbito jurídico. A los fines de desarrollar el trabajo, se efectúa un acercamiento teórico al material bibliográfico generado por expertos en esta área del conocimiento. Utilizando un enfoque cualitativo, se ejecuta una investigación documental soportada en un análisis sobre diferentes bases de datos, seleccionando las palabras clave: Familia, Sociedad, para ello, son considerados como muestra artículos científicos, memorias arbitradas y libros. Consolidándose la información recabada en una matriz de análisis de contenido, con la idea de visualizar completamente la problemática examinada. Los hallazgos que emergen apuntan a destacar que es prioritario continuar normando la institución familia, a través de un sistema de disposiciones legales que propicien su resguardo como base de toda sociedad. Incorporando en los ordenamientos jurídicos vigentes, instrumentos legales que amplíen el radio de protección. Concluyendo que aun cuando el origen de la familia emerge en la naturaleza humana, lejos de planteamientos jurídicos reguladores de su accionar en el entorno donde se desenvuelven. Es el derecho quien le concede la figura visible para desarrollar las diferentes facetas de la vida en sociedad.

    The purpose of this article is to analyze the family as the transforming axis of society sustained in the legal field. In order to develop the work, a theoretical approach is made to the bibliographic material generated by experts in this area of knowledge. Using a qualitative approach, a documentary research supported by an analysis on different databases is carried out, selecting the keywords: Family, Society, for this, scientific articles, refereed memoirs and books are considered as samples. Consolidating the information collected in a content analysis matrix, with the idea of fully visualizing the problem examined. The findings that emerge point to highlighting that it is a priority to continue to regulate the family institution, through a system of legal provisions that promote its protection as the basis of any society. Incorporating in the current legal systems, legal instruments that expand the radius of protection. Concluding that even when the origin of the family emerges in human nature, far from regulatory legal approaches of their actions in the environment where they develop. It is the right that grants him the visible figure to develop the different facets of life in society
