      Sabendo da importância gerada pelos recursos florestais madeireiros no mundo, o objetivo da pesquisa é expressar a composição e valoração das espécies madeireiras encontradas no sistema agroflorestal cafeeiro da Parroquia La Unión de Jipijapa rural, por meio da identificação de espécies com amostragem aleatória estratificada. Um inventário completo de estoques de madeira foi estabelecido para aprender sobre o manejo técnico-científico das plantações de café e árvores madeireiras, os usos e custos da madeira extraída de fazendas selecionadas. Com a valorização in situ por meio de pesquisas aos produtores; Diagnósticos participativos e levantamentos dasométricos determinaram a diversidade do ecossistema cafeeiro e sua riqueza de madeira, composto principalmente por Cordia alliodora, Cedrela odorata, Triplaris cuminnigiana, Erithrina poeppigiana. Conclui-se que os sistemas agroflorestais do café promovem o uso adequado da terra e são adequados às condições sociais do grupo humano do setor estudado, o que complementa a sustentabilidade produtiva dos cafezais com árvores madeireiras.

      After the unexpected appearance of COVID-19 in Ecuador, educational institutions had to close their facilities to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and thus comply with the distance rules enacted by the Ecuadorian government. In this area, higher education also underwent several transcendental transformations where immediate strategies had to be taken in order not to interrupt learning and, thus, continue with theoretical and practical activities of an educational nature. As a result, universities in the country suffered from the adaptation of virtual or online classes. Elearning emerges as a support for students and teachers in the creation of virtual learning spaces with an emphasis on distance education, that is, students can be located in any geographical part of the country and adapt to receive knowledge virtually. This interaction is carried out through virtual platforms, videoconferences or in turn with the support of free-to-use systems. The research method was carried out with a quantitative approach, with a descriptive research, in which the characteristics of the participants are detailed, proposed by means of two tools, one focused on E-learning and the other focused on Covid-19, with the purpose of establishing the conduct of the participants in the survey.

      From the analysis carried out, it was evident that online education has undergone several changes, the same ones that benefit the well-being of the family and the university community in general.
