    La fe pública judicial, una piedra angular del sistema de Derecho Procesal en España, se erige como un principio fundamental en el contexto de las nuevas tecnologías. Su importancia radica en la capacidad de este sistema para verificar de manera efectiva la representación procesal en el ámbito judicial. Ello no solo asegura la autenticidad y la integridad de los actos y documentos judiciales, sino que también fomenta la confianza de todas las partes involucradas en el sistema procesal. Además, este enfoque digital tiene amplias implicaciones en la modernización del sistema procesal en España. La implementación exitosa de apoderamientos electrónicos no solo agiliza los procedimientos judiciales, sino que también coloca al sistema judicial en línea con las tendencias globales de tecnología y digitalización, lo que aporta beneficios significativos para la Administración de Justicia y la protección de los derechos de los ciudadanos. Con el presente trabajo, se pretende analizar la incidencia normativa y práctica de los apoderamientos electrónicos en conexión con la fe pública judicial hacia la última frontera de la tecnología.

    Judicial public faith, a cornerstone of the Spanish Procedural Law system, stands as a fundamental principle in the context of emerging technologies. It´s significance lies in the system's ability to effectively verify legal representation within the judicial sphere. This not only ensures the authenticity and integrity of judicial acts and documents but also fosters the trust of all parties involved in the procedural system. Furthermore, this digital approach carries broad implications for the modernization of the legal system in Spain. The successful implementation of electronic empowerments not only streamlines judicial procedures but also aligns the judicial system with global technology and digitization trends, bringing significant benefits to the administration of justice and the protection of citizens' rights. With this work, the aim is to analyze the normative and practical impact of electronic empowerments in connection with the judicial public trust towards the ultimate frontier of technology.
