Las Jornadas de Práctica Presencial como Estrategia para Fortalecer la Identidad Profesional del Normalista desde la Perspectiva del Docente Titular de las Escuelas Telesecundarias

    Las Jornadas de Práctica Presencial (JPP) es un proceso que impacta en los normalistas de la Licenciatura en Enseñanza y Aprendizaje en Telesecundaria de la Normal Urbana Federal “Profr. Rafael Ramírez” de Chilpancingo, Guerrero., el propósito del trabajo es conocer la opinión de los docentes titulares de las escuelas telesecundarias sobre el impacto que estas tienen en la identidad profesional y desempeño académico de los discentes. Dicho proceso nunca se detuvo a pesar de la pandemia por la covid-19. La investigación se desarrolló bajo una metodología mixta en la cual se realizaron preguntas directas a los docentes titulares, solicitando un informe de manera individual a los estudiantes donde describieron su forma de trabajo, los resultados arrojaron que el 95% de los docentes coinciden que el desempeño académico de los normalistas es satisfactorio ya que impactó en el aprendizaje de los alumnos. Al finalizar el semestre se llevó a cabo un coloquio presencial denominado “Mi experiencia académica en las Jornadas de Práctica 2022” solo diez compartieron sus experiencias y aprendizajes a la comunidad normalista, las JPP que realizan tienen la finalidad de observar, analizar y proponer soluciones a las limitantes y alcances, fomentándose así un enfoque humanista en su formación integral.

    The In-Person Practice Sessions (JPP) are a process that impacts the normal students of the Bachelor's Degree in Teaching and Learning in Telesecundaria of the Federal Urban Normal “Profr. Rafael Ramírez” from Chilpancingo, Guerrero., the purpose of the work is to know the opinion of the regular teachers of the telesecundaria schools about the impact that they have on the professional identity and academic performance of the students. This process never stopped despite the covid-19 pandemic. The research was developed under a mixed methodology in which direct questions were asked to the tenured teachers, requesting a report individually from the students where they described their way of working, the results showed that 95% of the teachers agree that the performance The normalistas' academic performance is satisfactory since it impacted the students' learning. At the end of the semester, an in-person colloquium called “My academic experience in the 2022 Practice Sessions” was held. Only ten shared their experiences and learnings with the normal school community. The JPPs they carry out have the purpose of observing, analyzing and proposing solutions to the limitations and scope, thus promoting a humanistic approach in their comprehensive training.
