  En el artículo se contextualiza y se estudian las repercusiones para las empresas y entidades públicas del nuevo criterio adoptado por la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos sobre el tratamiento de los datos biométricos (huella dactilar, rostro, voz, entre otros). Además, se realizan algunas reflexiones sobre los riesgos que implica el uso de esta tipología de datos si se combinan con algoritmos e inteligencia artificial.

  Contextualizes and studies the impact for companies and public entities of the new criteria adopted by the Spanish Data Protection Agency on the processing of biometric data (fingerprint, face, voice, among others). Furthermore, this is explained the risks involved in the use of this type of data if they are combined with algorithms and artificial intelligence.
