  • This article tries to characterize the features that shape the essayistic texts on Linguistics and Literature. Tak:ing into account the differences between scientific and scientific popular texts, the main features of another generic text types are underlined through a detailed morphologic, syntactic and semantic analysis. Finally, sorne guidelines and strategies for these text types in German are highlighted in order to facilitate their comprehension to those who does not have a good competence in this language.
