The training-translator leaming process complexity is reflected on the wide range and variety of elements that converge in the translator competence acquisition. Not only the target foreign language, but also extralinguistic factors and !hose characteristic of the specialized language contribute that the learning objectives are much wider than !hose specified in DaF common framework. The aim of this study is to outline the main lines of the didactic profile described above, instructing it with an illustration applied to legal texts translation.
