    Este trabajo articula elementos filosóficos desprendidos de Foucault y Han en torno a las formas del poder, los conceptos de identidad docente y precarización laboral, a través del sujeto de rendimiento; se define mediante un análisis de artículos científicos, libros que refieren las concepciones que conforman la precariedad laboral y la identidad docente, situándolos en un escenario pospandemia, mediante una metodología de análisis interpretativo-hermenéutico que tiene como objetivo mostrar la forma en que las narrativas desprendidas del modelo neoliberal se incrustan en la identidad docente para que se produzca un tipo de subjetividad que orienta las prácticas cotidianas de profesores/as.

    This work seeks to articulate philosophical elements detached from Foucault and Han around the forms of power, the concepts of teacher identity and job insecurity, the concept of performance subject, through an analysis of scientific articles, books that refer to the elements that make up labor precariousness and the teacher identity, placing them in a post-pandemic scenario through an interpretive-hermeneutic analysis methodology that aims to show how the detached narratives from the neoliberal model are embedded in the teacher identity, in order to produce a kind of subjectivity that guides the daily practices of teachers.
