Resumen de Retos de la investigación en contextos educativos étnicos: teoría y práctica, senderos que se bifurcan

  En el ámbito de la investigación educativa, uno de los dilemas más acuciantes es concretar los hallazgos en su dimensión práctica en el contexto educativo estudiado. El presente aporte tiene el propósito de analizar los retos que el investigador tiene para establecer esa relación teórico-práctica. A partir del desarrollo de la investigación “La educación intercultural desde la voz de los agentes educativos: un estudio en Jalisco, Chiapas, Chihuahua y Guanajuato”, emergen algunas reflexiones encaminadas a comprender la medida en que los hallazgos de dicho estudio han contribuido a transformar el contexto estudiado e identificar los retos que actúan a manera de barreras para lograr este vínculo teoría-práctica. Es una investigación cualitativa que se desarrolla desde un posicionamiento crítico; bajo la metodología de análisis del discurso se analizan las perspectivas que investigadores de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional del Estado de Chihuahua y de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Guanajuato Unidad 111, participantes en el estudio, han construido sobre las dificultades para establecer a partir de los resultados un vínculo sólido entre la teoría y práctica. Según los participantes, los hallazgos teóricos de la investigación se han difundido ampliamente, pero pocos de ellos han derivado en una práctica educativa fundamentada.

  In the field of educational research, one of the most pressing dilemmas is to concretize the findings in their practical dimension in the educational context studied. The purpose of this contribution is to analyze the challenges that the researcher faces in establishing this theoretical-practical relationship. From the development of the research “Intercultural education from the voice of educational agents: A study in Jalisco, Chiapas, Chihuahua and Guanajuato”, some reflections emerge aimed at understanding the extent to which the findings of said study have contributed to transform the context studied and identify the challenges that act as barriers to achieve this theory-practice link. It is a qualitative research, developed from a critical position; under the methodology of discourse analysis we analyze the perspectives that researchers from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional del Estado de Chihuahua and the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Guanajuato Unidad 111, participants in the study, have built on the difficulties to establish from the results a solid link between theory and practice. According to participants, the project’s theoretical findings have been widely disseminated, but few of them have led to informed educational practice.
