    En este trabajo llamado Propuesta de herramienta para medir el Desarrollo del Municipio Songo La Maya, primeramente se realiza una búsqueda de los procedimientos de medición del desarrollo y se determina utilizar el más factible que posibilite el control eficiente, permitiendo socializar y sistematizar los resultados alcanzados, de manera que se puedan tomar decisiones del proceso inversionista según la vocación del municipio y las necesidades de desarrollo. Se diagnostica el estado de cumplimiento del Plan Integral de Desarrollo Municipal de Songo la Maya hasta fecha, se seleccionan y proponen indicadores necesarios por dimensiones que garanticen la estandarización de criterios y por tanto sirvan para comparar los resultados y finalmente se elabora un software que garantiza respuesta numérica y gráfica, de tal manera que se agilice el procedimiento y sirva para utilizar por los decisores como herramienta.

    In this work call tool Proposal to measure the Development of the Municipality Songo The Mayan, firstly he/she is carried out a search of the procedures of mensuration of the development and it is determined to use the most feasible that facilitates the efficient control, allowing to socialize and to systematize the reached results, so that they can take decisions of the process investor according to the vocation of the municipality and the development necessities. The state of execution of the Integral Plan of Municipal Development of Songo the Mayan is diagnosed until date, they are selected and they propose necessary indicators for dimensions that guarantee the standardization of approaches and therefore be good to compare the results and finally a software is elaborated that guarantees numeric and graphic answer, in such a way that the procedure is speeded up and be good to use for the decisores like tool.
