Resumen de Gestión de la responsabilidad social de la empresa para el cultivo del camarón ueb “Calisur”

  La presente investigación se realizó en la UEB Calisur, siendo su objetivo fundamental realizar un diagnóstico del comportamiento socialmente responsable de la Empresa para Cultivo de Camarón UEB “CALISUR”.

  Para la investigación se contó con los máximos dirigentes y trabajadores que dieron sus criterios dada su formación y experiencias, a partir de las técnicas y métodos aplicados.

  Con el resultado del diagnóstico se revelan un conjunto de particularidades en el desarrollo y la práctica de la Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa para Cultivo de Camarón “UEB CALISUR”, a las que se puede orientar o dar mejor sentido, para que la empresa logre la materialización de una responsabilidad social efectiva.

  Los resultados alcanzados permitieron llegar a conclusiones y emitir recomendaciones que responden a la aplicación práctica del diagnóstico, además de convertirse en una herramienta eficaz a partir de acciones que permiten atenuar las irregularidades que existen en el cumplimiento de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial.

  The present investigation was carried out in the UEB Calisur, being its fundamental objective to make a diagnosis of the socially responsible behavior of the Company for Shrimp Farming UEB "CALISUR".

  For the investigation, we counted on the top leaders and workers who gave their criteria given their training and experiences, based on the techniques and methods applied.

  The result of the diagnosis reveals a set of particularities in the development and practice of Social Responsibility of the Company for Shrimp Farming "UEB CALISUR", which can be oriented or give better sense, so that the company achieves the materialization of an effective social responsibility.

  The results achieved allowed reaching conclusions and issuing recommendations that respond to the practical application of the diagnosis, as well as becoming an effective tool based on actions that mitigate the irregularities that exist in the fulfillment of Corporate Social Responsibility.
