  • The article offers information on the art history, science and training practice of paintings and conservators in 20th century. Topics discussed include International Conference for the Study of Scientific Methods for the Examination and Preservation of Works of Arts in Rome on October 1930; contribution in the board of the German Society for the Promotion of Rational Painting Techniques; and demonstrations by painters Paolo Mora and Laura Mora on the tratteggio technique of inpainting.
