  Se describe un caso de tuberculosis del Sistema Nervioso Central en un paciente indígena, adolescente, inmunocompetente, que presenta meningitis aséptica y signos de focalización. La RM mostró lesiones compatibles con tuberculomas. En consecuencia, se cultivó LCR para el bacilo de Koch. El paciente ha evolucionado satisfactoriamente tras el inicio de un tratamiento antituberculoso.

  A case of tuberculosis of the Central Nervous System is described in an adolescent, immunocompetent, indigenous patient, presentating with aseptic meningitis and signs of focalization. The MRI showed lesions compatible with tuberculomas. Consecuently, CSF was cultured for the Koch Bacillus. The patient has evolved satisfactorily after the initiation of an anti-tuberculosis treatment.
