    El presente trabajo, titulado Sistema Integrado de Alimentación y Manejo para la Producción de Leche en la CPA Ofelio Caballero Peña, socializa los resultados alcanzados en fue realizado para atenuar los problemas que inciden en la baja producción lechera. El diagnóstico de las limitantes se realizó a través de intercambios y asesoramientos, con el ánimo de buscar mejoras en este sentido en la organización. Para esto se tuvo en cuenta las características de los sistemas productivos, efectuándose el correspondiente análisis en cada lugar, incluyendo las instalaciones, la preparación de los colectivos, entre otros aspectos, se efectuaron las observaciones proporcionales a cada uno de los procesos productivos,  la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías, lo acontecido en el cuidado del medio ambiente, en el ambiente de control y el desempeño de todos los factores políticos y administrativos; se tomaron en cuenta los indicadores de la eficiencia económica. Se concluye que con el suministro de plantas forrajeras y proteicas como El Kingrass, La Titónia, La Moringa, La Morera, y La Caña de Azúcar aparejado al Programa integral para la mejora de la producción y de la calidad de la leche. Con estas medidas se incrementan los volúmenes productivos, lo cual conlleva a un excelente nivel de sostenibilidad en la vaquería y por ende en la cooperativa.

    This work, called Proposed of the System Integrated of Alimentation and Perform for Milk's Production in the CPA Ofelio Caballero Peña, it was realized to attenuate the problems that have affected on low milky production.  The diagnose of the bordering it came true through interchanges and advising, with the temper to look for improvements in this sense in the organization. One had in account the characteristics of the productive systems, taking effect the correspondent analysis everyplace, including installations, the preparation of the buses, between another aspects, the proportional observations to each one of the productive processes, the application of new technologies, what's sad in the care of the ambient midway, in the environment of control and the performance of all of the political factors and white-collar workers took effect ; They took in account the economic efficiency's indicators. To end with the supply of fodder and protein plants like The Kingrass, The Titónia, The Moringa, The White Mulberry, and The Sugar Cane once the integral Program was matched up for the improvement of production and quality of milk. The productive is increment with these measures, which bears an excellent level of sostenibilidad in the herd of cows and for there in the cooperative.
