Resumen de Análisis del sector agropecuario como soporte del agroturismo para potenciar el desarrollo local

  El impulso agropecuario forma parte del desarrollo territorial y del progreso del ser humano. Los Lineamientos expuestos por la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución, que fueron aprobados en el VIII Congreso del Partido Comunista de Cuba, el plan de desarrollo económico y social hasta el 2030 y las estrategias de desarrollo municipal trazan líneas de trabajo que conducen a la gestión socioeconómica del país. Desarrollar herramientas que permitan contribuir a este propósito es una premisa en los momentos actuales, por lo que la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo elaborar un instrumento para evaluar la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica en el sector agropecuario del municipio Calixto García como sustento del Agroturismo y su incidencia en el desarrollo local, que sirva a los decisores en el territorio para direccionar acciones para un desarrollo sostenible, así como sentar las bases para favorecer dicha modalidad turística. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se aplicaron diferentes métodos investigativos tanto teóricos como empíricos, así como técnicas y procedimientos; que permitieron analizar, evaluar y sintetizar la teoría existente. Se elaboró y aplicó un instrumento que abarcó tres etapas y siete fases que permiten perfeccionar el proceso de evaluación de la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica en el sector agropecuario del municipio de Calixto García. El estudio es aplicable y generalizable para territorios con características similares.

  The agricultural and productive impulse in general is an inseparable part of territorial development and therefore of human progress. By the way, the guidelines and the economic and social policy of the party and the revolution, approved in the viii congress of the communist party of Cuba, are strategies proposed to guide the socioeconomic management of the country. Developing tools that make it possible to contribute to this end is a premise at the present time, so the goal of this research was to develop an instrument to assess the socioeconomic vulnerability in the agricultural sector in Calixto García municipality as a support for agrotourism to promote local development, which serves as support to decision-makers to direct actions that promote the reduction of the impact of socioeconomic vulnerability in the organizations of this sector in the territory. To achieve the proposed goal, different theoretical and empirical research methods were applied, as well as techniques and procedures; that allowed to analyze, evaluate and synthesize the existing theory. the elaboration and application of the instrument that covered three stages and seven phases that allow perfecting the process of evaluating socioeconomic vulnerability in the agricultural sector in Calixto García municipality. This research is applicable and generalizable for territory with similar characteristic.
