El objetivo de este artículo de investigación fue Describir la acción tutorial de los docentes de la “Unidad Educativa Nuestra Señora de la Santa Esperanza” . Método Se desarrolló bajo el paradigma positivista, el método deductivo. Fue de carácter descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por100 estudiantes, 20 docentes pertenecientes a la mencionada institución. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la observación y la entrevista; el instrumento un cuestionario con opciones de respuesta mixta cerrada (dicotómica y escala tipo Likert). Resultados: el 476% de los docentes cumplen cabalmente su rol dentro del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, sin embargo el 21% de los estudiantes consideran que existen docentes que algunas veces están prestos ayudarle cuando tiene dificultad en su proceso de aprendizaje. El 36% de los estudiantes requieren atención individualizada. El 75% de los docentes encuestados están conscientes de que la recuperación pedagógica es necesaria en los alumnos que presentan problemas en su aprendizaje. Algunos docentes dictan clases extracurriculares 45% a los alumnos que necesitan retroalimentación, o los envían a profesores que lo hacen particularmente. El 70% de los docentes manifiesta que conoce los beneficios de la Acción Tutorial dentro de la institución. La atención que debe recibir el alumno y el grupo en muchos aspectos, así como la situación que se vive en diferentes ámbitos presentan a la acción tutorial como una pieza muy notable dentro del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje.
The objective of this research article was to describe the tutorial action of the teachers of the "Our Lady of Holy Hope Educational Unit". Method The deductive method was developed under the positivist paradigm. It was descriptive. The population consisted of 100 students, 20 teachers belonging to the aforementioned institution. The data collection technique was observation and interview; The instrument was a questionnaire with closed mixed response options (dichotomous and Likert-type scale). The attention that the student and the group must receive in many aspects, as well as the situation that exists in different areas, present the tutorial action as a very notable part of the teaching-learning process.
