      Este trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar las principales ideas de F. Schiller en La educación estética del hombre. El filósofo pretendía en su obra liberar al hombre a través de la educación estética, ya que “el arte es hija de la libertad”. Schiller creía que esta máxima era fundamental para la construcción y formación de mejores seres humanos. La educación estética de Schiller propone dar forma (bild), gestalt a la formación del hombre. Las cartas de Schiller reflejan este deseo de construir una educación estética que concilie la razón guiada por la filosofía kantiana y la sensibilidad lúdica, a través del juego.

    This work aims to show the main ideas of F. Schiller in The aesthetic education of man. The philosopher intended in his work to free man through aesthetic education, since “art is the daughter of freedom”. Schiller believed that this maxim was fundamental to the construction and formation of better human beings. Schiller's aesthetic education proposes to give form (bild), gestalt to the formation of man. Schiller's letters reflect this desire to build an aesthetic education that reconciles reason guided by Kantian philosophy and ludic sensibility, through play.
