Resumen de Diagnóstico técnico de motores Diesel mediante el análisis estadístico del aceite lubricante

  En el presente articulo se muestra la metodología basada en el análisis estadístico, que evalúa los resultados del análisis de laboratorio de tres ensayos experimentales de un aceite lubricante; en función al tiempo de la toma de la muestra, lo que permite predecir la tendencia  de los resultados del siguiente ensayo experimental; y de acuerdo a los valores obtenidos en los índices de contaminación, así como en la variación de las características físico- químicas del aceite lubricantes; y con el análisis comparativo se realiza el diagnóstico del estado técnico de los componentes del motor Diesel de diferente aplicación. Se muestran los resultados del empleo de esta metodología para el aceite lubricantes de un motor Diesel estacionario (S/D=190/170), se acompaña el análisis efectuado y las conclusiones del diagnósticos técnico ejecutado.

  Presently article is shown the methodology based on statistical analysis, which evaluates the results of the laboratory analysis of three experimental tests of a lubricating oil; depending on the time of sample collection, which allows predicting the trend of the results of the following experimental test; and according to the values ​​obtained in the contamination indices, as well as in the variation of the physical-chemical characteristics of the lubricating oil; and with the comparative analysis, the diagnosis of the technical state of the Diesel engine components of different applications is carried out. The results of the use of this methodology for the lubricating oil of a stationary Diesel engine (S/D=190/170) are shown, along with the analysis carried out and the conclusions of the technical diagnoses carried out.
