En el siguiente artículo se analizará la protección del venter, o lo que es lo mismo, de la mujer gestante y del contenido del vientre en sí mismo o nasciturus, a través de la recepción jurídica del instituto de la cura ventris; de modo que se pueda observar cómo determinados sistemas actuales han conservado o recuperado ciertas características en relación con el sistema de garantías ofrecido por el curador del vientre en la antigua Roma.

The following article will analyze the protection of the venter, or in other words, of the pregnant woman and the contents of the womb itself or nasciturus, through the legal reception of the institute of cura ventris; so that it can be observed how certain current systems have preserved or recovered certain characteristics in relation to the guarantee system offered by the curator of the womb in ancient Rome.
