  • Resumen
    • Suzuki Tadashi’s performance training improves actors, dancers, and musicians’ physical, vocal, and emotional skills. Performers learn exercises to increase their control, coordination, and emotion. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects that Suzuki Tadashi’s performance training has on student engagement, student performance, and student motivation, with a particular emphasis on the moderating role that parental support and support from the school administration play in these relationships. The data were processed with the help of Smart-PLS 4, and the sample consisted of 379 theatre students and were obtained using the convenience sampling method. According to the findings, Suzuki Tadashi’s performance training has a materially beneficial influence on student involvement as well as student performance and student motivation. It was discovered that both parental support and support from the school administration significantly moderated the relationship between performance training and student outcomes. This finding lends credence to the notion that support from both parents and the school administration can elevate the positive effects of performance training. The consequences of these findings for teachers and parents in terms of giving the essential support to students to improve their engagement, performance, and motivation are significant and vital. Educators and parents can work together to provide students with a more favorable learning environment by first gaining a knowledge of the moderating function that assistance from school administration and parents plays in this support.
