    Sobre la base de la arquitectura conceptual de la teoría general de los sistemas sociales (TGSS) se analiza el problema del orden jurídico-político en la periferia de la sociedad moderna, rastreando las formas de institucionalización de las estructuras, semánticas y expectativas y los artefactos que se reproducen y parasitan en esas estructuras con las cuales, paradójicamente, se construye el orden funcional y diferenciado preeminente en la modernidad de la sociedad moderna.

    Si la captura del aparato estatal ha sido una de las características que definen la articulación del orden en la región, cómo se estabilizaron esas estructuras, cómo incluso definen las expectativas que orientan los presupuestos de la diferenciación funcional, operando factualmente con lógicas de un orden social estratificado y potenciando las prácticas clientelares.

    Based on the conceptual architecture of the General Theory of Social Systems (TGSS), the problem of the legalpolitical order in the periphery of modern society is problematized, tracing the forms of institutionalization of structures, semantics and expectations and the artifacts that reproduce and parasitize in those structures with which, paradoxically, the preeminent functional and differentiated preeminent order in the modernity of modern society.

    If the capture of states apparatus has been one of the characteristics that define the articulation of order in the region, how these structures stabilized, how they define even the expectations that steer the assumptions of the functional differentiation, operating factually with the logic of a stratified social order and promoting relationships clientelistic.
