Resumen de Mejora en el aprendizaje de Derecho Procesal Penal mediante actividades transversales en temas específicos

  El tratamiento de la violencia de género tiene incidencia en prácticamente todos los ámbitos del proceso penal. La complejidad de tal tipología delictiva requiere de un mayor esfuerzo docente para transmitir el contenido y conseguir una mayor atención del alumno que permita, reflexionando sobre aquella, entender, precisamente el motivo tuitivo por el que tal régimen procesal supone continuas excepciones a la norma común. Para ello: a) Se explica la materia en clases teóricas y prácticas mediante el análisis de la norma y su incidencia/excepción y el motivo de ello, que luego eran confrontadas en clases prácticas con casos ajenos a tal violencia; y b) Se realiza una actividad práctica transversal con profesor del Área de Filosofía del Derecho y Sociología Jurídica para contemplar los factores no procesales que completan el conocimiento de tal violencia y, precisamente, el motivo de su regulación procesal. Consistía en una exposición docente bajo perspectiva sociológica y el comentario de un texto que, bajo dicha visión, recogía casos judiciales. Asimismo, en el trabajo se expondrá el contexto docente y subjetivo de la práctica docente desarrollada, con expresión de los motivos o necesidad de su realización y, a su vez, con expresión de la relación o conexión con los objetivos y competencias del Título de Grado y de la asignatura.

  The treatment of gender violence has an impact on practically all areas of the criminal process. The complexity of such a criminal typology requires a greater teaching effort to transmit the content and get a greater attention of the student that allows, reflecting on that, understand, precisely the reason why this procedural regime involves continuous exceptions to the common standard. For this: a) The subject is explained in theoretical and practical classes by analyzing the norm and its incidence / exception and the reason for it, which were then confronted in practical classes with cases other than such violence; and b) A practical transversal activity is carried out with a professor from the Philosophy of Law and Legal Sociology Area to contemplate the non-procedural factors that complete the knowledge of such violence and, precisely, the reason for its procedural regulation. It consisted of a teaching exhibition under a sociological perspective and the commentary of a text that, under that vision, collected judicial cases. Likewise, in the work the teaching and subjective context of the developed teaching practice will be exposed, with expression of the reasons or necessity of its realization and, at the same time, with expression of the relation or connection with the objectives and competences of the Degree Degree and of the subject.
