Resumen de Manifiesto en defensa del derecho a la filosofía y su enseñanza en el sistema educativo venezolano

  La presente disertación tiene como objetivo dimensionar el papel de la filosofía en la sociedad actual, así como manifestar la imperativa urgencia de que esta se encuentre presente en el sistema educativo venezolano, sin distinción de especialidades, para así lograr un enfoque interdisciplinar, holístico e integral, que pueda vincularse a diversas temáticas relacionadas al mundo moderno/contemporáneo. Esta investigación nace de la necesidad de reflejar la relevancia de la filosofía como espacio de encuentro, de diálogo, de confrontación de ideas, de surgimiento de pensamiento crítico, conducentes a toma de decisiones racionales, justas y humanas. Se trata de establecer un marco legal y normativo, cuyo fin sea promover y garantizar el ejercicio filosófico, estableciendo mecanismos de acción, de defensa y de funcionamiento, amparado en la constitución nacional y en los organismos existentes, constituidos para velar por la libertad de pensamiento.

  The aim of this dissertation is to measure the role of philosophy in contemporary society, and to express the urgency that it must be present in the Venezuelan educational system,without distinction of disciplines in order to achieve an interdisciplinary, holistic and comprehensive approach that can be related to different topics related to the modern/contemporary world. This research arises from the need to reflect on the importance of philosophy as a space of encounter, dialogue, confrontation of ideas and the emergence of critical thinking, leading to rational, fair and humane choices. It is about creating a legal and regulatory framework whose purpose is to promote and guarantee the exercise of philosophy by creating mechanisms to act, defend and function, protected by the national constitution and existing organizations established to guarantee freedom of thought
