Resumen de A teoria de Althusser sobre o contrato social de Rousseau

The present work aim to show under the light of the theoretical method of “game of displacement (“jeu” théorique du Décalage) a Althusser’s singular conception on Rousseau’s Social Contract, for its time, will be interpreted from this standpoint the formal alternations of the philosophical problematics evocated, in which the frame wall get into a possible foundation of the modern positive rights.

O intuito do presente trabalho é expor ao lume do método de “jogo teórico de deslocamento” (“jeu” théorique du Décalage) a singular concepção de Althusser acerca do Contrato Social de Rousseau, por sua vez, será interpretado sob tal perspectiva as vicissitudes formais da problemática filosófica evocada, cujo pano de fundo se esbarra numa possível fundamentação do direito positivo moderno.
