    Este artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el carácter de las negociaciones por las políticas públicas que se produce entre un movimiento social y el Estado. El referente empírico se centrará en las gestiones entre el Frente Popular Darío Santillán (FPDS) y el gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, a partir de la etnografía realizada entre agosto 2009-octubre 2011. El FPDS fue seleccionado para este estudio, ya que fue una de las organizaciones que no se involucró em la gestión directa del Estado y, sobre todo, porque se diferencia del proyecto político encarnado por Kirchner, conocido como kirchnerismo. Por otra parte, el interés radica en el hecho de que, en general, las producciones académicas suelen tratar, de aquellas organizaciones que han optado por vincularse de manera directa o indirectamente a las instituciones del Estado en el período de 2003 a 2011.

    This article aims to reflect on the nature of the negotiations for public policies that take place between a social movement and the State. The empirical reference in this case will focus on the process between the Frente Popular Dario Santillan (FPDS) and the government of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, from the ethnography made during the period August 2009-October 2011. The FPDS was selected for this study because it was one of the organizations that did not get involved in the direct management of the State and, mainly, because it differentiates with the political project embodied by Kirchner, known as kirchnerismo. Moreover, the interest lies in the fact that, in general, academic productions tend to study those organizations that have chosen to be directly or indirectly tied to the institutions of the State in the period of 2003-2011.
