Resumen de Caracterização da gestão na agroindústria familiar no município de Guaraniaçu, Paraná.

  For many decades, family farming has faced numerous challenges in sustaining itself in rural areas due to the structure of the Brazilian agrarian system, which is based on large estates and the marginalization of the less privileged classes. In addition, managing production units also presents daily challenges. To improve the conditions of family agriculture, family agribusiness emerges as an essential tool in this process. This article aims to understand the planning and organization of management in family agribusinesses in the municipality of Guaraniaçu, Paraná. To achieve this goal, 11 agribusinesses were surveyed on August 25th and 26th, 2022, through the application of a questionnaire with quantitative questions, characterizing the research as descriptive. As for the final considerations, it was observed that, in large part, these agribusinesses have technical support, but do not use management tools that assist them in planning and decision-making. Thus, it is necessary to provide specialized administrative support to farmers, providing the necessary tools and information to improve the management of their rural enterprises.

  Ao longo de muitas décadas, a agricultura familiar tem enfrentado inúmeras dificuldades para se manter no meio rural, devido à estruturação do sistema agrário brasileiro, que se baseia em latifúndios e na usurpação das classes menos favorecidas. Além disso, a gestão das unidades produtivas também apresenta desafios cotidianos. Para melhorar as condições da agricultura familiar, a agroindústria familiar surge como uma ferramenta essencial nesse processo. Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender o planejamento e a organização da gestão das agroindústrias familiares no município de Guaraniaçu, no Paraná. Para alcançar esse objetivo, foram pesquisadas 11 agroindústrias nos dias 25 e 26 de agosto de 2022, por meio da aplicação de um questionário com perguntas de natureza quantitativa, caracterizando a pesquisa como descritiva. Em relação às considerações finais, observa-se que, em grande parte, essas agroindústrias contam com apoio técnico, mas não utilizam ferramentas de gestão que as auxiliem no planejamento e na tomada de decisões. Assim, é necessário oferecer apoio administrativo especializado aos agricultores, fornecendo as ferramentas e informações necessárias para melhorar a gestão de seus empreendimentos rurais.
